Elad's Feedback

Round 1 — 2026-03-02

Overall Impression

Nice research, a lot of data to process. The research makes a clear separation between cold traffic (Facebook) and warm traffic (Google, other sources).

Cold Traffic Strategy

  • No reason to have both the quiz and the onboarding — the only data point worth collecting is specialty, which is already captured in the quiz.
  • Proposed flow: Quiz → Product (skip onboarding).
  • Then invest in first screen optimization.

Warm Traffic Strategy

  • Need to decide if we're changing the onboarding.
  • Can delay this decision until after the cold traffic experiment — likely not related.

First Screen Experience (Critical)

This is where we lose 50% of users.

NUX Action Data

NUX Action% of SignupsConversion to Active
Skip47.1%42%
Sample26.5%36%
Record18.1%79%
Demo8.3%71%

Users who actually engage (Record/Demo) convert at 2x the rate of those who skip.

Demo Funnel Drop-off

  • Demo script clicked: 5.84% of signups (low engagement)
  • Demo started: 2.72%
  • Demo completed: 1.61%

Visit Modal Split

  • Virtual: 50.32% (need to instruct better on virtual — current flow is full of friction)
  • In person: 49.68%

Capture Method Usage

MethodUsage %
Capture conversation86%
Dictate summary8%
Text input5%

86% capture conversation — possible UI steering behavior?

Qualitative User Feedback on First Screen

  • "I don't want to record yet, I need to trust you first."
  • "What will happen when I click on 'capture conversation'?"
  • Not aware of the other options to generate a note (dictate, text to note).

Potential Action Items

  1. Make text-to-note and dictate session summary visible — users aren't discovering them.
  2. Make the first action more clear — arrow/highlight, adjust messaging: "See your first note in 30 seconds, no patient required."
  3. Add a "Get Started" side widget with videos + CTAs on the first screen.
  4. Improve the sample note:
    • More personalized per specialty (currently 5 — maybe generate on the fly: "Generate a demo note for my specialty").
    • Add a follow-up action from this screen: "See your first note in 30 seconds, no patient required."
  5. Add credibility badges — HIPAA + social proof on first experience.
  6. Remove current demo from main screen.
  7. Make the NUX UI part of the onboarding.

Round 2 — 2026-03-03

Variant Reviews

  1. V1 — 6/10 — Simple, OK UI. "Other" on specialty selection needs to be searchable (not stay as "Other"). Not enough reinforcements (social proof, HIPAA). Results page needs to be much more engaging. Signup needs to be above the fold. "We've configured Twofold ..." message is good.
  2. V2 — 4/10 — Bad UI. Everything on mobile has to be above the fold. Fixed footer with HIPAA and trust is good. Comparison table is too much cognitive load.
  3. V3 — 4/10 — Video — needs work to make video + questions layout work. Everything on mobile has to be above the fold, no scrolling, no more than 1 question per screen.
  4. V4 — 7/10 — Visuals are engaging, copy is bad. Needs work on copy to make it more serious. Results page not engaging.
  5. V5 — 6/10 — Like V1 only with different progress bar.
  6. V6 — 7/10 — Visuals + copy are OK. Best results page so far (visual, easy to read).
  7. V7 — 6/10 — Nice extreme chat interface. It's a bet on whether it will convert. Messaging must be way more engaging and visuals more appealing.
  8. V8 — 6/10 — Similar to V1 and V5, a bit more colorful.
  9. V9 — 5/10 — Professional, too "heavy". Results page is way too wordy.
  10. V10 — 7/10 — Dark blue background is bad, but the general feeling is like a "smart advanced tool". Mobile feeling. Results page needs work.
  11. V11 — 7/10 — Similar to V1, V5, V8. A bit more engaging. Animation on results page is good, need less information there.
  12. V12 — 4/10 — Same as V3 — video + questions below is not a good layout. Needs to decide if the video is a wanted variation, and then have it on the first screen with only the first question.

Top Picks

  • V4, V6, V10, V11 are the best — other variants have nice components we can implement in them (fixed footer with social proof, HIPAA).

General Comments

  • Agrees with Gal on general comments.
  • Screens must not contain scrolling — everything above the fold.
  • Results page should explain with a few words and visuals why this is exactly for you, and push to signup.
  • Signup should feel like "saving your setup".
  • Post-signup experience needs handling — recording the first session by micro steps where we escort the user, explain how his setup is now configured and we "know him".
